From custom-built refrigerated trucks to made-from-scratch specialties, our commitment to quality borders on the fanatical. No snack or drink item is allowed to sit in our warehouse for more than 48 hours. Our menu items are made fresh each day, to the tune of 80,000-90,000 items a week. Every quarter, approximately 30% of our menu changes to ensure a continual variety.
The way we see it, the better the food and more extensive the variety, the more likely your employees are to stay on site during their lunch and breaks. And the more they stay on-site, the more productive they are.
And our insistence on quality isn't limited to food. Every truck in our fleet is washed at the end of each day and remains refrigerated throughout the night. We invest over $1 million each year in state-of-the-art vending machines, delivery trucks and other capital expenditures.
